Delivery Information
Our installation contractors cover the North, North West and North East of Tasmania and delivery is included in your installation price!
Shipping is available statewide on wood, gas and electric heaters through Empire Couriers. While available statewide, we may direct some Southern Tasmanian customers to another dealer. This is due to our commitment to outstanding post sales service and warranty resolution- selling outside our geographical area is not always possible for this reason.

We offer free click and collect from Invermay for all products. When purchasing online, the default shipping period in cart will be 14 days; however, most products will be available for collection within 24 hours.
